Posting your item:
 

We ship items on a Monday. This is to attempt to minimise "lost in transit" items. Based on our experience, not shipping over a weekend reduces the chances dramatically. 

Once shipped, we upload the tracking information to your order page which will be emailed to you notifying you that your item is on its way.

All shipping times are estimated as we have no control over the couriers processes and timings.

Duties, taxes, handling fees etc:

We take no responsibility for any costs other then our own item and courier shipping costs displayed at the time of purchase. Any additional costs are your own responsibility.
